Hamilton + Hare asked Dash to reimagine their e-commerce store to feel more in line with their brand values and provide customers with a seamless user journey. So, our bespoke Shopify store for Hamilton + Hare was carefully designed with the end-user in mind.

The result is a store that makes it easy for customers to purchase items and inspires them with curated looks. We also developed a solution for in-bag messaging to help upsell items that can be bought in bundles to help increase the site's AOV.

Hamilton + Hare required some specific Shopify apps to achieve their goals with their new site like ReCharge for underwear subscriptions and YotPo for their social reviews. We designed solutions for each app and integrated them on their bespoke Shopify store so users have a much smoother experience. Now, all of the apps are seamlessly integrated so they do not feel like 3rd party software.

Mobile Experience

Brand success depends on a great user experience and with over 75% of Hamilton + Hare’s visitors coming from mobile we had to ensure the site was optimised for mobile audiences. For their product detail pages, we reduced the height of the image gallery so users can see more content above the fold, we also added a sticky “add to bag” button so they can purchase the items they’re viewing from anywhere on the page.
