Wrong Shop is an online platform selling limited-edition prints, posters and objects by notable designers and artists from around the world. They approached Dash to help migrate their website away from Magento and onto Shopify. Part of the brief was to redesign their digital shop front; providing a better user experience for their customers. The result is a flexible Shopify 2.0 store with the personality to match Wrong Shop’s incredible range of artworks. We also developed a series of custom solutions such as how to handle their framing options, location-based shipping and duties messaging and in-bag upselling to boost AOVs.
Wrong Shop required specific Shopify apps to meet their website goals. We seamlessly incorporated Global-E for multi-currency and cross-border logistics, integrated Klarna's on-site messaging, and implemented Klaviyo's back-in-stock alerts. Our focus was on thorough integration and styling, enhancing the overall user experience.
Optimising the mobile user experience is crucial for an effective e-commerce store. With over 65% of Wrong Shop's online traffic originating from mobile devices, we prioritised full mobile optimisation. Our meticulous crafting of the mobile experience enables separate configuration of page modules for mobile and desktop. This flexibility empowers Wrong Shop to tailor copy and imagery for an optimal viewing experience on any device.
